Reclaim Your Time is a 1 on 1 program where you will work directly with me via Skype to identify and assess the current situation in your life and home. The routines. The systems. The habits.The commitments. We'll look at what's working & what's not. What your goals are. Then work together to simplify, organise and streamline the areas of your home and life that aren't working as well as they could, that are currently holding you back. We'll free up time for the things that you do want to be doing or are important to you.

Analysis
We start with an in-depth questionnaire on the State of the Nation. Identifying the current situation in your life and home. Flesh out your goals. What is & isn't working. Considerations. Decide best actions to move you forward and where we can eliminate or reclaim wasted or misused time so you can redirect that to wherever you please.
Plan & Commit
Future Vision. Contracts with yourself. Routines. Habits. Goals. Support Services. The importance of Balance & Self Care. Delegation. The devil is in the details & you decide all of that here.
Take Action
Improving Systems & Routines. Doing the Work. Changing Habits. By this stage we've identified and targeted changes that will have the most beneficial impact for you and you're taking action.
Review & Assess
Tweaking. Fine Tuning. Assessing. Outcomes and Action are the focus and work being done here. Home. Personal Life or both.

Touching base after the course to check you're on track or need extra support.

Why 5 weeks. Can I take longer?
Yes. You can take up to 8 weeks to complete the course. I would humbly suggest though that if you're stretching it out , putting it off ... this indicates you need to get this done & actioned asap. If a crisis has come up (hey, this is life right) You can reschedule the course to another time within a 4 month time frame without penalty *conditions apply*
When can I start?
Immediately. The sooner the better. Let's start getting you back on the path to where you want to be. If your outside Australian Time Zones - no problems. We can work around that too.
What if I still need help afterwards?
No Problem. My aim is to give you the tips, tools and knowledge to be able to independently use what you've learnt forever more. However, life and different situations or new challenges can be a bit tricky. I understand. Sometimes we need someone to bounce ideas off or new ideas altogether. That's why I give every person who completes the program Skype access for 1 year at just $25 a half hour regardless of rate & price increases. Guaranteed. *conditions apply*

Designed to free up time & provide solutions that support more streamlined, time efficient processes and routines. To improve outcomes, save time & energy and help you achieve your goals. We do this through a variety of methods and although personal issues affecting outcomes may be touched on these are more suited to Life Coaches or Professional Counselling situations and are not addressed in detail in this program.
